Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a US - Lead Subcontracts Specialist to join their team. As a US - Lead Subcontracts Specialist, you will be part of the Contract Management Department supporting sourcing and legal teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Job Title: US - Lead Subcontracts Specialist
• Location: Phoenix, AZ, or in one of the following cities: Clearwater, FL, or Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $55 - $60 (based on experience)

• What's the Job?
• Lead deal reviews and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to secure optimal agreements.
• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts and subcontracts in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Prepare and submit compliance packages for contract amendments and approvals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect company interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sourcing initiatives and manage supplier relationships effectively.

• What's Needed?
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus.
• 6-8 years of experience in contract negotiation, administration, and sourcing within a corporate or legal environment.
• Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, risk management, and sourcing practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or relevant ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, RFQ tools, and contract management systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
