The Campus Recruiter will focus on recruiting for actuarial internship and full-time roles, support Company's first-year early identification program for actuarial and information technology tracks, and assist with graduate intern recruiting across a variety of job profiles In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, program managers, and academic institutions to attract, assess, and onboard top talent *Recruitment Strategy & Planning**
Partner with business stakeholders to enhance recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes *Data Analysis & Tracking**
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Company's offices for training or meetings may be required *Scheduled Weekly Hours**
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership
Familiarity with recruiting tools and platforms (e.g.,HireVue,HackerRank,Workday, Handshake)

The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc $71,100 - $97,800 per year
