About the team

The Design team works across most projects at Company—from our brand standards to campaigns, events, digital products, and even printed publications. Because Company’s main audience is other people who build products, we agonize over and take pride in crafting user-friendly and user-focused experiences.

The Web Presence & Platform (WPP) team is part of this org, responsible for Company.com and other consumer-facing web properties. We’re a multidisciplinary group of designers, producers, engineers, and strategists who shape Company’s first impression for millions of people worldwide. Our goal is to make every pixel count: raising the quality bar, ensuring consistency, and enabling other teams to tell Company’s story on the web with clarity and craft.

  • What you’ll do

Producers on WPP are responsible for running Company.com as a product — managing the projects, systems, and processes that bring Company’s story to life on the web. You’ll lead the process alongside incredibly talented Product Managers, Product Marketers, Designers, Engineers, and more to introduce Company’s products and initiatives to millions of users through Company.com. This is a highly visible role where you’ll be trusted to manage complexity across teams, make smart tradeoffs under pressure, and keep Company’s most important digital property evolving to meet the needs of the business and its users.

Обязанности

  • Lead multiple concurrent projects on Company.com—from major product launches to site-wide initiatives—ensuring they ship on time, at a high quality bar, and with measurable impact.
  • Partner deeply with PMs, PMMs, Designers, Engineers, Editorial, and agency partners to drive clarity and alignment from concept to launch.
  • Structure and run the planning processes that define scope, resources, milestones, and success metrics for web initiatives.
  • Translate complex business and user needs into clear plans, tradeoffs, and next steps that cross-functional teams can execute against.
  • Anticipate risks early, escalate thoughtfully, and build scalable systems and guardrails that keep work moving smoothly.
  • Serve as the connective tissue across teams—aligning stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and ensuring decision-making is crisp and documented.
  • Elevate the craft of web production by pushing the team toward scalable frameworks, process improvements, and long-term solutions rather than one-off fixes.
  • Represent WPP and Company.com in cross-functional forums, helping other teams understand how best to bring their initiatives to life online.
  • Ensure every launch on Company.com meets Company’s high bar for quality, user focus, and craft
  • Who you are
  • We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
  • 6+ years experience leading large-scale, cross-functional web or digital programs (agency or in-house), with demonstrated success at scope and scale.
  • Proven ability to set direction, manage ambiguity, and deliver measurable outcomes against program and company goals.
  • Highly organized operator with a systems mindset—able to run multiple complex launches without losing detail or momentum.
  • Strong communicator who can synthesize complexity into clarity, influence diverse stakeholders, and bring alignment across contentious issues.
  • Comfortable working across multiple disciplines (design, engineering, marketing, editorial, product) and confident holding your own in high-stakes discussions.
  • User-first mindset: you ground day-to-day decisions in real user needs while balancing speed, quality, and craft.
  • Strong strategic instincts: you connect the dots between company goals, user insights, and web priorities, and influence others to orient their work accordingly.
  • Skilled at building frameworks and systems that scale beyond your own projects, leaving the org better than you found it.
  • Collaborative leader who builds trust, fosters high performance in peers, and creates an environment where others can do their best work.
