• You will be a hands-on builder, working with both engineering and product experts directly to design, build, and keep the foundation of our platform running smoothly

• Day-to-Day & Project Execution:
• Work with product and design teams to build great new features for our platform
• Design and write high-quality code that is fast and reliable, using Go, Postgres, Redis, and GraphQL
• Lead technical talks and decisions about how we build the backend
• Talk directly with customers to understand their needs and help them
• Long-Term Goals & Strategic Impact:
• Take charge of projects and make sure the backend is strong and can grow as we get more customers
• Help decide how we model data, design APIs, handle security, and manage all the behind-the-scenes parts of a big web application
• Help shape our company by joining in hiring and making our team better at what we do
• Impact Made: Your work will directly make the supply chain industry faster and smarter

You will be a key voice in our engineering team, helping us grow our product and culture

• Experience Gained: You will gain deep experience in building and scaling a complex, distributed system at a fast-growing, well-funded startup
• You'll master modern technologies (Go, GraphQL) and drive major product features from idea to launch
• A related technical degree required
• 5-7 years of industry experience as a backend software engineer in a user-facing web application
• A builder's spirit (you've built something on the side just for the fun of it, stay on top of open-source developments, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
