  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and evolve banking APIs used by mobile applications and internal/external services

Utilize modern technologies

  • Ktor, jOOQ, coroutines, Arrow, and other Kotlin ecosystem tools
  • To build robust, scalable, and maintainable backend solutions
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of public APIs, internal SDKs, and shared frameworks, ensuring standardization, reusability, and high engineering quality across teams
  • Design and implement high-performance integrations with external platforms and third-party services, focusing on scalability, resilience, and clear contract boundaries
  • Participate in architecting and scaling core banking and partner platforms, ensuring reliability, observability, and smooth evolution of the system as the business grows.

Требования

  • Practical experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, preferably in AWS environments. Ability to design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications
  • Strong ownership mindset and willingness to continuously learn, mentor others, and contribute to knowledge-sharing and engineering excellence within the team

Навыки

  • Solid understanding of distributed systems: CAP theorem trade-offs, eventual consistency, data replication, scalability patterns, and fault tolerance

5+ years of professional software development experience within the JVM ecosystem, with deep familiarity with Kotlin and strong understanding of concurrency models any of following: coroutines, goroutines, actors, futures, async/await, green-threads, etc Committed to building high-quality, maintainable architectures. Hands-on experience applying architectural approaches such as event-driven, domain-driven design, and solid understanding of foundational engineering principles (OOP, SOLID, ACID, and related concepts) Solid understanding of distributed systems: CAP theorem trade-offs, eventual consistency, data replication, scalability patterns, and fault tolerance
