• This role plays a critical part in enhancing the internal HR operations team, focusing on compliance and pre-boarding
• The HR Manager will work closely with various HR services and partners to ensure smooth processes and effective analytics tracking
• You'll be responsible for anticipating challenges and developing proactive HR solutions while providing guidance to both employees and management
• The position is pivotal in shaping a supportive workplace environment conducive to growth and efficiency
• Provide internal operations support for Shared Services team(s)
• Develop and maintain shared services analytics for performance measurement
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services and other HR delivery lines
• Offer employee and management counseling on HR policies

Identify HR issues proactively and suggest resolution options

• Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Background in HR compliance
