• Lead local on-the-ground operational safety requirements to drive rapid response to vehicles involved in incidents
• Support incident on-call duties across the organization with poise and professionalism, including technical understanding and problem-solving
• Gather data and conduct interviews for vehicle safety events and potential incidents
• Establish collaboration and build relationships with cross-functional teams to support safety critical findings

Collaborate with the training department to develop and execute safety-related training programs

• 2-4 years of applicable experience in Operational Safety or similar roles in fast-paced environments
• Excellent emotional intelligence and empathetic communication style
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
• BS in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, or equivalent field

Bonus: experience in automotive industry, first responder, or transportation safety operations
