• Under general supervision, the Assembler is responsible for assembling components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components
• The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and quantity standards, and following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications

• Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English
• Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English
• Ability to adhere to safety related issues including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices
• Attention to detail and ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment
• Teamwork skills, including the ability to work in a diverse setting and resolve conflicts
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in assembly, production, or medical device assembly

Motivation to grow, learn, and progress to the next level in skills, with a willingness to cross-train

• Pay Rate: $22.80 per hour (Plus $2 differential for 2nd shift; $3 differential for weekend shift)
• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:00pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:30am-6:00pm
