- About the Facilities-Real Estate Finance & Leasing Internship
The Facilities-Real Estate Finance & Leasing Internship Program will provide interns with exposure to the internal departments and external vendors that Facilities collaborates with on an ongoing basis and a variety of departmental responsibilities, as well as ample opportunities for different types of training. If you are interested in pursuing a career in Facilities, this 10-week summer internship offers a valuable, hands-on experience at a complex global firm.
- During your time with us, you will gain exposure to and build your knowledge base on:
- Commercial lease types, structures, and key financial components
- A portfolio-wide roll out of our new global lease software and tools
- Creating customized reports and presentations that connect key data points from new leasing software and our CMS system
- Preparing financial analysis and presentation materials to support the firm’s strategic real estate goals
- Conducting market research on areas within our existing real estate portfolio to stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
- Compiling search criteria, drawings, and other relevant information to help explore potential new office locations

- In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:
- Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals
- Meet your peers through designated intern programming, volunteer opportunities, and social events
- Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths
- Get hands-on access to best-in-class tools and resources
- Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry
- Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills
- What's required
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a graduation date between fall 2026 and spring 2027
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Possess a Strong attention to detail
- Have Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite proficiency)
- A willingness to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times

The annual base salary is $75,000 (USD) which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
