Our Revenue Strategy & Operations (RSO) team is seeking a strong Business Partner to collaborate with our Large Customer Sales (LCS) team covering the US. Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for sales teams
Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Exceptional strategic thinking and advanced analytical proficiency are required, characterized by a highly structured and proactive approach to problem-solving. The ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations is paramount.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated capability to lead and exert influence across multiple business units (particularly sales, finance, product, and marketing) is required for the successful implementation of large-scale programs and initiatives.
Organizational & Project Management: Exceptional organizational and program management skills are required to streamline and optimize sales operations. Aggressively prioritizing and managing multiple complex projects, along with easily context switching to drive outcomes, is expected.
Professional Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or analogous strategy & operations roles, with a demonstrable history of driving significant business impact. A good understanding of digital advertising and media is required, previous experience in the industry is preferred.
Data Proficiency & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in sales systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, BigQuery) is requisite. A strong aptitude for analyzing complex datasets and generating meaningful business insights is expected. SQL proficiency is mandatory.
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
