• As part of the Company Live Seller Pillar team—dedicated to transforming the live commerce experience—you will drive strategic design innovation and establish the foundational design architecture for the holistic live seller experience
• Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Company Live, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Live workflows into core selling experiences and advocate for seller needs
• Lead design strategy, architecture, and vision for Company Live seller experiences, enabling retention and growth
• Drive end-to-end product design and champion service-design methodologies across the seller journey
• Collaborate with senior leadership in design, product, engineering, content, and research to align roadmaps and deliver scalable solutions
• Develop and iterate advanced design prototypes and narratives in partnership with Research and Content teams
• Partner with content and research peers to ensure seller insights inform UX strategy across live commerce touchpoints
• Drive executive-level presentations and storytelling to clearly communicate opportunities and design solutions
• Advocate for sellers by synthesizing research findings, competitive insights, and internal priorities into actionable UX strategies
• Facilitate workshops, user testing, and field research to uncover seller needs and validate design directions

Serve as a primary design lead and mentor, fostering cross-team collaboration and process improvement

• 10+ years of professional product design experience with expertise in live commerce, marketplace, or high-velocity seller experiences
• Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping tools, and interactive design methods, demonstrated through a robust portfolio
• Experience delivering compelling executive-level presentations and clear design narratives
• Proven ability to architect scalable design systems and drive cross-domain alignment
• Advanced proficiency in journey mapping, service design documentation, and workshop facilitation
• Track record of influencing product vision, roadmap prioritization, and organizational advocacy for seller needs
• Experience leading design thinking activities, user-centered research, and qualitative validation within cross-functional teams
• Inclusive, collaborative approach with a commitment to ongoing learning, mentoring, and advancing design excellence

Background or deep interest in streaming, live commerce, video-first platforms, or game design

Strong ability to build partnerships with content, research, product, engineering, and stakeholder communities

• Compensation: Base pay range of $142,400 - $232,300, subject to factors such as location, skills, and experience
