• This role owns order entry, shipping documentation, and driver coordination while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear communication
• The position offers strong growth potential, with future responsibilities in inventory management across external and international warehouses
• Receive and process customer orders accurately, ensuring timely entry into internal systems
• Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation
• Communicate daily with warehouse, production, and sales teams to coordinate order fulfillment and shipment schedules
• Serve as the primary point of contact for truck drivers, receiving drivers on-site and pivoting as needed to address schedule changes, documentation issues, or loading requirements
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including international product arriving from overseas
• Maintain accurate data entry, logs, and tracking reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Monitor shipping status and proactively resolve issues or delays
• Own the order entry and shipping process from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and accountability
• Support inventory management for external and third-party warehouses
• Assist with tracking inbound international shipments and inventory reconciliation

Take on expanded operational responsibilities as the role evolves

• Experience with order entry and shipping processes, including BOL creation
• Strong understanding of shipping documentation and logistics workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook (email communication) and Excel (data entry, logs, and reporting)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across warehouse, production, sales, and transportation teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of processes

• Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
