We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Chief of Staff (CoS) to be the right-hand partner to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) . The ideal candidate will bring product sense + business acumen , complemented by hands-on product experience operating within a high-performing tech product organization and top-tier consulting experience , strong strategic and analytical skills. This is a Director-level position.
Reporting directly to the CPO, the Chief of Staff will be responsible for streamlining the work of the Office of the CPO: supporting the CPO and her directs in scaling impact, magnifying presence both within and outside Company, and driving performance against strategic initiatives across the product and tech organization and cross-functional partners.
Identify areas of opportunity and develop a strategic point of view leveraging external research and resources (e.g., consumer product and social trends; competitive analysis across feed, search, onboarding, creator tools, moderation, notifications; emerging AI product patterns; community platforms and engagement loops)
Partner hands-on with the CPO to take ambitious ideas from concept to prototype and validation – helping define hypotheses, shaping MVP scope, coordinating rapid experimentation (qual + quant), and building a clear, evidence-backed recommendation on whether to invest and bring those ideas to life (or not). This requires strong product experience and product judgment.
Align the product organization around the annual plan and drive performance – e.g., in partnership with the CPO, put in place a clear and effective Rhythm of Business, build/maintain goals, review forums and materials, and track action items within the CPO’s purview
Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address to maintain momentum
Results-oriented and committed to driving measurable impact
Strong product sense and business acumen, ability to reason about user needs, product strategy, tradeoffs, and measurable outcomes, while communicating clearly with product, design, engineering, data, and XFN partners
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is: $232,500 — $365,100 USD In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
