You will design and develop generative AI models for various applications, focusing on text generation and semantic entity extraction
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, define project scopes, and establish data-driven solutions
You will mentor junior data scientists and interns, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards
You will stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in Generative AI and related fields
You will collaborate with other teams to integrate models into production environments
You will establish and maintain documentation for models, algorithms, and processes
You will ensure all projects meet quality, performance, and security standards
You will communicate complex concepts and findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
You have proven experience (3-5 years) as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, with experience in deploying Generative AI-based solutions in production
You have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and probabilistic modeling
You have experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and processing systems
You have experience working with server-side frameworks like FastAPI, as well as API development, documentation, and versioning
You have strong programming skills in Python and experience working with version control systems (Git)
You have excellent communication and teamwork skills
You have experience mentoring junior colleagues and interns
