• Associate) to support our client’s needs
• The role involves managing affiliate operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Affiliate Operations & Compliance
• Manage ~40+ affiliate partners and third-party suppliers
• Conduct compliance reviews of affiliate sites for accuracy (UDAP, Reg Z)
• Monitor affiliates, log violations, and ensure corrective actions
• Validate mockups and ensure correct link landing pages
• Process Management
• Build and manage processes to improve efficiency and ensure well-managed operations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and drive continuous process improvements
• Risk & Issue Management
• Identify risks in business intent execution
• Escalate and resolve breakdowns by involving appropriate stakeholders
• Quality Assurance
• Perform QA checks on internal setup before delivering content externally
• Data & Reporting

Collect and analyze performance/process data for leadership reporting

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• 2+ years in project/process/risk management
• 2+ years in vendor or relationship management
• Strong Communication: Written and verbal; ability to influence across multiple levels
• Process-Driven: Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in an agile environment
• Relationship Management: Skilled in managing vendors, affiliates, and internal stakeholders
• Risk & Compliance Expertise: Familiarity with UDAP, Reg Z, and compliance frameworks
• Technical Familiarity: Google Suite proficiency; understanding of affiliate marketing tech
• 3+ years in card operations
• 2+ years in risk management/compliance
