- Coordinate and drive pipeline health, forecasting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and accountability across the BD funnel
- Set and evaluate revenue targets, make budget investment decisions, and ensure high value
- Negotiation Expertise: Negotiate business terms and partnership agreements with high-value sellers and inventory partners
- Draft terms sheets and collaborate with eBay’s legal team to complete contracts
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, category trends, and potential partnership targets
- Have a deep understanding of various business models and their application within live shopping and e-commerce platforms
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and develop BD Associates and Sales Coordinators to strengthen selling, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
