  • Responding promptly to a wide range of support inquiries, from billing to technical implementation
  • Monitoring various feedback channels, including GitHub Issues and Discussions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance internal tools for improved support efficiency
  • This is a full-time weekend position covering shifts of 10 hours from Friday to Monday, adhering to NASA hours: 16:00-02:00 UTC

You will interact with founders, members of the growth or engineering teams, and possibly others from your immediate role

Требования

  • You have over 3 years of experience in customer support, particularly providing technical assistance to developers
  • You possess strong SQL skills (preferably PostgreSQL) and can handle complex queries; experience in database administration is advantageous
  • You are an excellent communicator with fluency in English
  • You are familiar with Linux/Unix environments and command-line usage

Bonus points for knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or Svelte, and experience with Node.js
