We're looking for a Sourcer to join our Recruiting team and use tools, data, and internal networks to create targeted recruiting strategies and build a strong network of experienced professionals across our core operations functions. We’re a small but mighty team, and are committed to big results. You will help shape the future of our company and enhance Stripe’s effort to attract, recruit, and retain exceptional talent.

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop creative strategies for engaging top of funnel talent across multiple disciplines
  • Drive top of funnel strategy by identifying, engaging, and managing candidates through the initial stages of the recruitment process
  • Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve our overall sourcing strategy and effectiveness
  • Strategically curate and nurture candidate pipeline for urgent and hard to fill roles
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry
  • Conduct talent research, track data, and utilize market mapping to provide insights and recommendations
  • Strong collaboration with Talent Brand team, represent Recruiting in planning and strategy alignment conversations, exploring different branding initiatives and event execution (virtual and in person)
  • Research potential local job platforms and organizations to raise brand awareness
  • Act as liaison and cross-functional partner with University Recruiting to enhance alumni networks
  • Who you are
  • We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
  • 3+ years previous Sourcing experience
  • Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ie. Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.) to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process
  • Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams alike
  • Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles at varying stages in the process
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action

Curiosity and problem solving mindset; able to learn about and source for niche roles and skillsets, research talent availability, and develop creative solutions to sourcing challenges
