• Manage and maintain an accurate billing system across multiple platforms
• Process invoices and supporting documentation through client portals and other channels
• Act as the connection point between field managers, clients, third-party systems, and accounting
• Review invoice aging reports to flag payment delays or discrepancies

Resolve client billing questions and disputes with professionalism and urgency

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Understanding of sales tax and prior experience handling related matters

Familiarity with BI tools (Oracle BI, Power BI, Tableau) is highly valued

• Compensation: $25 - $30/Hour
