- Minimum 5 years of direct work experience; of which a minimum of 3 years working experience with complex supply chain processes in manufacturing or high-tech industries
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Well versed in new product introduction (NPI) processes
- Proven record of accomplishment in building and maintaining strategic relations with suppliers
- Experienced in completing and presenting effective PowerPoint presentations to senior management
