• Join H.B. Fuller as a Reactor Operator, where you'll ensure safe and efficient operation of chemical reactors to meet production goals
• This role involves monitoring processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a collaborative team environment
• You'll play a key part in delivering high-performance adhesives that impact industries worldwide
• Operate and monitor reactor systems per established procedures
• Measure and mix raw materials accurately
• Record process data and maintain documentation
• Perform routine equipment checks and minor adjustments
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards promptly
• Assist with troubleshooting and process improvements
• Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or chemical processing
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and computer skills

• Rate of Pay: $29.21
• Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location
• The salary for this role is $29.10
