• The Logistics Warehouse Worker role is physically demanding and centers on accurately building pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucks
• You will handle loading and unloading tasks, ensure order accuracy, and uphold safety standards in the warehouse
• This position requires operating forklifts or electronic pallet jacks while working with electronic or printed order systems
• Assemble pallets for bulk, route, and transport trucks
• Operate forklifts and electronic pallet jacks to move and stage product loads
• Fulfill orders using electronic systems or printed order sheets
• Check order accuracy and maintain documentation standards
• Follow warehouse processes for load building and staging
• Unload raw materials and place them in assigned storage areas
• Load transport trucks with completed pallets and handle returned items
• Select and stack products for bulk loading, shrink-wrap, and stage for delivery
• Customize route truck loads based on salesperson instructions
• Unload returned products and packaging materials
• Lift cases weighing 20–45 lbs repeatedly during extended shifts
• Perform continuous standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and uphold safety standards
• Use power pallet jacks or forklifts to pick and build loads according to load sheets or voice-pick systems
• Mark load tickets for any out-of-stock items
• Wrap and secure pallets for transport
• Submit paperwork for order verification and truck inspections before loading
• Stage and load finished pallets into trucks
• Complete and store partial or mixed pallets properly
• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work in different weather conditions
