The Company Ads Marketplace team is responsible for Ads quality, delivery and serving. As a Staff Product Manager on our Ads Marketplace team, you will play a pivotal role in how we design the experience for users who come to Company to find something specific. Every day millions of users come to Company to find something specific that is useful and trustworthy. Search related visits are some of the most critical and valuable user journeys at Company. As a Staff Product Manager, you will be the leader driving monetization vision and a key contributor to defining all search related activities at Company. This is a key area of investment for the company, and this role will be at the forefront of shaping our approach in this space.
Provide Leadership: You will be the overall E2E owner of the area - leading strategy, development, and launch of advertising products for all search related advertising within Company including Company Answers (our generative AI search experience), as well as users who visit us via referrals from Search Engines and LLMs.
Collaborate With Teams Across the Org: You will work closely with Consumer, Formats, Marketplace, and UX teams to build surfaces that incorporate ads natively and sensibly with the goal of retaining searchers and maximizing their engagement on the platform.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is: $217,000 — $303,900 USD In select roles and locations, the interviews will be recorded, transcribed and summarized by artificial intelligence (AI).
