+7 year experience in retail or similar construction or implementation / development type roles within Asia
- Robust programme & project management skills
- Strong Cultural awareness
- Comprehensive understanding of design and an ability to review architectural, construction & fixture drawings with an appreciation of materials and production arrangement
- Knowledge and experience of best practice contract and supplier relationship management approaches, methodologies and procurement processes
- Experience in managing external vendors: building a relationships and drive performance
- Strong reporting capability focusing on cost, risk and schedule
- Excellent communication skillset; ability to navigate, manage and influence a complex stakeholder matrix at varying levels of seniority
- Proven ability to juggle a large workload, set appropriate priorities and deliver
- An exceptional team player with credibility & integrity; you must be hyper collaborative with strong listening skills
- Engaged, creative, curious, quick thinking and alert with a natural inclination to generate and stimulate ideas and opportunities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking initiative
Architectural, construction and/or project management qualification is preferable
