Underwriting Execution: Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts

• You are empathetic, passionate, intellectually curious and a team player that never hesitates to help
• You have a heart of service and enjoy cultivating solid and impactful relationships with broker partners
• You have a strong understanding of the market, and a clear view of how to manage a healthy book of business
• You have at least 3 years of industry experience, preferably in the high net worth underwriting space and you are comfortable owning a book of business
• Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day, and you thrive on building connections with people
• You know how to gather and analyze all the data you’ll need to make a decision on a risk

• Compensation: $70k-$85k, annually

• An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
• You will also be eligible for annual merit-based increases and discretionary bonuses
