Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to lead our digital acquisition engine across Paid Search, SEO/AEO, Affiliates, and emerging high-intent channels. In this role, you will set the strategic direction, scale channel execution, and deliver measurable impact on pipeline creation, CAC efficiency, and overall marketing ROI.
You will manage a team of channel experts and collaborate closely with Analytics, Sales, Finance, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to drive growth and ensure performance marketing initiatives align with core business and financial priorities. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic vision and executional depth, thrives in an experimentation-driven environment, and is energized by delivering meaningful business results.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical rigor, deep performance marketing expertise, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy and investment decisions. You’ll spearhead our channel efficiency, incrementally, and investment modeling practices—building business cases, scenario analyses, and marginal ROI tradeoff frameworks that influence how and where we deploy marketing spend for maximum impact.
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $155,500 - $186,600 per year. # LI-Hybrid #LI-DW1
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
