  • Senior sales role responsible for driving adoption and growth of the Nexpart Multi
  • Seller product among wholesale automotive parts buyers, with emphasis on repair chains, car dealerships, and fleet managers
  • The position blends direct selling, major account cultivation, partner engagement, and strategic influence into product and go-to-market decisions
  • It requires a self-motivated, experienced sales professional able to scale outreach via partners and external vendors while meeting quota and growth objectives
  • Independently drive sales initiatives to grow adoption and use of the Nexpart Multi
  • Seller product by wholesale parts buyers, focusing on repair chains, car dealerships, and fleet managers
  • Deliver against sales objectives and quota through a mix of direct outreach and partner referrals
  • Cultivate and deepen major account relationships to increase parts buying via Multi
  • Seller over time
  • Serve as a voice of the customer to bring customer needs into product development, sales strategy, and the go-to-market plan
  • Partner with WHI management to build strategy to grow share of wholesale parts buying

Build a vision and plan for scaling outreach to wholesale parts buyers, including using external agencies or contractors and potentially managing external vendor relationships or internal contractors

Требования

  • 10+ years of sales and/or account management experience working with large automotive service chains, car dealership parts buying, or related software businesses
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Outstanding sales relationship capabilities and a strong ability to learn technical concepts and communicate them clearly to customers
  • Excellence in critical thinking and developing sensible, creative solutions to challenging strategic business problems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and simply with mid-level and senior audiences and strong influencing skills
  • Comfort cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders in corporate centers and field offices of large wholesale parts buyers
  • Ability to lead, empower, and mentor team members and to handle uncertainty
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer/prospect sites and industry events

Travel required: up to 25% of the time to customer/prospect sites and industry events
