The Manager, ODM & JDM Management leads end-to-end business engagement for Peloton’s global hardware manufacturing partners. This role collaborates closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and Quality teams to ensure scalable, high-quality, and cost-effective production across Peloton’s hardware portfolio. You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external ODM/JDM partners, owning material readiness, supplier performance, cost optimization, and commercial execution. This role is central to driving manufacturing readiness, delivery reliability, and continuous cost and operational improvement.

  • YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
  • Lead Clear to Build (CTB) readiness across programs by identifying material, capacity, and execution risks and driving mitigation plans to support production schedules.
  • Own supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance; lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and recovery plans for delivery misses.
  • Drive Manufacturing Value Add (MVA) cost optimization, including assembly efficiency improvements, cost-down initiatives, and financial claims management.
  • Manage ODM and JDM partner performance across quality, capacity, technical execution, and scalability requirements.
  • Act as the single point of contact for manufacturing escalations between internal teams and external supply partners.
  • Support GSA management and renewal; provide recommendations on commercial terms, cost-down cadence, capacity, and protections.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, Finance, and Quality to support NPI ramps, engineering changes, and volume transitions.
  • Own end-to-end spare parts supply management , including risk mitigation, supplier execution, data accuracy, and continuous supply chain improvement.
  • Conduct regular supplier business reviews to assess performance, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • YOU BRING TO PELOTON
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations supporting hardware products.
  • Proven experience managing ODM and JDM engagement models in high-volume manufacturing or consumer hardware environments.
  • Deep expertise in: Clear to Build (CTB) processes, Material planning and shortage mitigation, and Supplier OTD metrics and recovery execution
  • Experience supporting complex commercial agreements, including Global Supplier Agreements (GSA).
  • Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in MVA optimization, assembly cost modeling, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functionally and manage complexity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. #LI-CC2 #LI-Hybrid
