• The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) leads the organization's technology strategy within a healthcare environment, driving innovation and ensuring technology initiatives align with clinical, operational, and business goals
• This role partners with executive leadership and clinical teams to enhance patient care, improve efficiency, and support sustainable growth
• Define and execute the healthcare technology strategy in alignment with business and regulatory requirements
• Oversee all technology functions, including EHR, HIE, telemedicine, cybersecurity, and IT operations
• Identify and implement emerging healthcare technologies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with executives, physicians, and clinical teams to prioritize technology initiatives
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
• Manage the technology budget and vendor partnerships

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing technology teams

• Senior technology leadership experience in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and healthcare systems
• Experience driving innovation in EHR, digital health, data analytics, or telehealth

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills

• Compensation: $250,000 to $300,000 annually
