• Maintain international calendars, schedules, and itineraries
• Research and book lodging and transportation arrangements
• Process visas and expense reimbursements
• Ensure compliance procedures are being followed
• Attend leadership meetings and draft minutes and correspondence
• Support the marketing and promotion of programs through material development and inquiry resolution
• Complete additional projects and tasks as needed

Hybrid with 2-3 days/week onsite

• 3+ years of professional education or administrative support experience are required
• Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite is required

Self-starter with a strong eye for detail while managing a high volume workload

$27/hr-$28/hr, depending on experience

• Converts to a salary of $59K-$62K
• Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm
