• Post and apply daily cash receipts
• Manage billing and accounts receivable transactions
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor A/R aging and follow up on open balances
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Support journal entries related to revenue and A/R
• Maintain accurate documentation and internal controls
