• Reporting to the Global Team Lead Operations General , you will be the primary legal support for CE&I , acting as a trusted advisor to the business
• Manage disputes and litigation within the region

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across multiple business lines and models (License, SaaS, Leasing, One-time sales), including complex, high-value software license agreements , services agreements, reseller and partnership agreements, subcontracting agreements, and NDAs

• Provide day-to-day legal support to Sales and operational teams, as well as HR, Finance, and other departments
• Deliver legal monitoring and internal training for commercial and operational teams
• Implement and develop company policies and procedures at regional level, ensuring compliance with applicable laws
• Support regional M&A projects and participate in global initiatives , collaborating with legal teams across regions

Complete timely management reporting on deals, budgets, and litigation activities

• Experience: 710 years as in-house counsel in an international IT company or corporate law firm
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skills with a win-win approach
• Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional matters, corporate governance, and IP law
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills with a pragmatic mindset
• Soft Skills: Autonomous, proactive, resilient, and calm under pressure
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
