• Aditi Consulting is seeking a Development Technician in the Component Products Department
• This role involves planning, executing, and reporting on testing of electrical components, while collaborating with a team of technicians and engineering staff
• Plan, execute and report the results of testing on electrical components
• Integrate with fellow technicians and engineering staff
• Provide input for process/design improvements as needed

Set their day-to-day schedule to align their deliverables with the needs of the division

• Proven experience working on a team
• Previous experience working in a lab environment
• Previous experience working with or on diesel/natural gas engines
• Ability to plan, execute and report on testing on electrical/electronic components in a timely manner
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to known testing standards
• Ability to set day-to-day schedule to align deliverables with the needs of the division
• Ability to provide input for process/design improvements as needed
• Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability
• Team player
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of electrical components and/or hydraulic components
• Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology

Knowledge of relevant computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products

• Knowledge of safe work practices, multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering/harnessing, and hand tools

2-yr associates degree in Electronics Technology, Diesel Power, or a related field and 2-4 years of work experience, OR a 4-yr engineering technology degree, OR High school diploma or GED required with at least eight + years technical experience
