Company has the fastest growing mobile DSP and our Implementation team plays a key role in supporting our customer base by onboarding and scaling accounts during their crucial first 90 days. As a New Business Growth Manager (internally called Implementation Manager) you will work closely with the New Business Sales team to ensure a smooth handover from sales, build outstanding client relationships, and sustainably scale new accounts before handing over to our Growth team to continue the partnership after the 90 day window.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, a track record of developing strong client relationships, and the ability to spot revenue opportunities. These softer skills will need to be backed up with strong technical capabilities and an eye for detail since accurate set-up, reporting, and campaign management is critical in the early stages of our client partnerships.
