- Interfaces with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with Client functional areas, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and field service
- Accurately and expeditiously handles all customer complaints and inquires, including status, production, delivery, and billing inquire
- Performs all order error/processing and maintenance functions for order-base and proposal-based orders
- Coordinates with customer regarding product selection, placement of order, delivery schedules, and expediting
- Pro-actively solves problems with customer interaction that results in positive feedback and improved relationship
- Provides product information which may include some technical information
Utilizes and maintains information in systems including SAP, Quote to Cash, Intranet, SAP, Buy Automation, Extranet, any Shared Drive and External Accounts Websites
