• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a 3-year marketing strategy for probe stations, focusing on automation and application leadership.
• Portfolio & Launch Excellence: Translate fab and customer needs into compelling value propositions. Lead launch governance across content, pricing, packaging, and enablement.
• Demand Generation & Field Enablement: Develop integrated campaigns (digital, ABM, events) and deliver enablement tools such as battlecards, ROI calculators, and demo scripts.
• Partner & Ecosystem Marketing: Drive co-marketing and joint solutions with instrumentation and ATE partners. Represent Company at key industry events and conferences.
• Team & Operational Scale: Build and lead a global marketing team. Implement an operating cadence tied to pipeline, bookings, and gross margin.
• Expertise in Wafer-Level Test Systems: Proven experience in marketing or commercial leadership for probe stations or closely related wafer-level test equipment.
• In-Fab Production Familiarity: Hands-on knowledge of semiconductor production environments, including automation standards and integration touchpoints such as SECS/GEM, OHT, MES/FOUP flows.
• Launch & Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ability to drive high-impact product launches with urgency and precision.
• Leadership with Ownership & Accountability: Set clear goals and key results (GKRs), lead cross-functional execution, and foster a culture of performance and transparency.
• Organizational Scaling: Experience in building and scaling marketing organizations to support rapid growth and international expansion.
• Gross Margin & Cost Discipline: Strong sensitivity to pricing strategy, value-based packaging, and cost-of-sale dynamics.
• Educational Background: Degree in Engineering or Physics required; MBA preferred.
• Experience Level: Minimum of 15 years in B2B semiconductor capital equipment or test & measurement industries, with at least 7 years in global marketing leadership roles. • Travel Requirement: ~30–40% global (customer fabs, partners, key industry events)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Application fluency in advanced domains such as Silicon Photonics (SiPh), Co-Packaged Optics (CPO), and RF/mmWave technologies up to ~220–250 GHz.
• Demonstrated success in partner marketing with instrumentation and ATE ecosystems, including joint solutions, reference designs, and thought leadership at major industry conferences.
