Samsara is looking for a Deal Support Training Manager to play a critical role in scaling the knowledge and skills of our Deal Support (Deal Execution + Deal Strategy) organization. This role will design, deliver, and manage learning programs to ensure our teams are equipped with the systems, processes, and policy knowledge needed to support our world-class sales organization. This role will have an outsized impact on the future of our sales organization by helping us Build for The Long Term as we grow past $1B in revenue.
You will partner with leaders across Samsara’s go-to-market teams to create and facilitate learning experiences that drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design, combined with a passion for process improvement and empowering others to succeed in a fast-moving operational environment.

Facilitate & Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging virtual and occasionally in-person instructor-led sessions for onboarding new team members and for ongoing continuous learning on topics such as new systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ), deal processes, and sales policies.
Champion Change: Drive change management for process and systems improvements within the Deal Support organization collaborating with cross-functional SMEs to ensure the team is prepared, supported, and equipped with the necessary resources to adapt to change.
