• If items are not covered under national agreement, determine when to negotiate or competitively bid requested items and assign source of supply
• Ensure that the site is increasing M/WBE spend in accordance with the established Company standard
• Ensure that the specifications or statements of work are clearly stated so each supplier understands what is being requested
• Utilize purchasing skills to ensure that the terms and conditions are in the best interests of Company
• Review all local contracts to ensure that the terms and conditions are in the best interest of Company
• Maintain a copy of every local agreement and assist with contract administration when necessary
• Ensure that the appropriate sales and use tax is applied when applicable
• Ensure that pricing is currant in Infor EAM and SAP
• Ensure that the requested Items are charged to the proper accounts
• Update/Cancel/Change purchase orders as required
• CMP target goal and project / loss reduction support
• Vendor Management
• Manage Supplier Relationship and conduct a form evaluation of OG&S suppliers
• Ensure that the site utilizes national agreements 90% of the time
• Develop and manage an OG&S team at site level
• SAP
• Manage Parked/Blocked Invoices for resolution and timely payment to vendors
• Generate weekly plant spend report capturing all dollars approved for indirect/capital/direct spending

Manage open orders/receipts to ensure delivery performance is acceptable

• Site trainer for procurement within SAP
• 3-5 years’ in purchasing in a manufacturing environment
• Possess advanced technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills and abilities and a strong awareness of larger team/plant strategies performing activities that require a more comprehensive knowledge of procurement and manufacturing practices
• Strong negotiation skills and conflict resolution to create a win-win
• In-depth knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills to adapt broader policies and programs to meet Company procurement needs
• Demonstrate a proactive approach in resolving facility requests and service needs
• Highly motivated and able to work with multiple teams and vendors/suppliers simultaneously
• Experience in performing financial analysis

Advanced understanding of budgeting process and how to manage requisitions so they do not exceed budget

Strong computer skills, Word, Excel, and the ability to understand and lead SAP, Infor EAM programs

• The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450
• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary
