• Deeply understand our customers and their needs, and develop hypotheses on how to effectively drive user signups, onboarding and engagement
• Drive experimentation and rapid iteration with a high velocity of product launches to accelerate user growth and expansion
• Define and track key business and usage analytics to measure success, including advanced engagement metrics that go beyond traditional activation and retention
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales and partner product teams to deliver cohesive experiences and go-to-market strategies

Champion a customer-centric, data-driven approach to product development, balancing speed, quality, and business impact

• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, with a strong track record of driving growth and adoption in SaaS or high-growth software environments
• Expertise in growth methodologies, experimentation, and data analysis
• Experimented with building and optimizing agentic workflows to drive delightful user experiences
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to present confidently to large audiences and executive stakeholders

Understanding of the data platform industry, Snowflake’s positioning, and competitive landscape

• The estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $230,000
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan
• The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location
