- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field) required
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, NX)
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, automation)
- Understanding of SPC, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Can work according to safety standards and quality compliance requirements
- Basic troubleshooting skills for production equipment and processes
