About the Job

Company is looking for a curious, action-oriented Analyst for the Deal Desk Team who lives the Company Magic to support our APJ Go-to-Market motion. This is an exciting role for the individual to gain and expand their broad spectrum of cross functional interactions and contribute to non-standard commercial agreements or Order Forms (OF). This role will work to appropriately structure the deal to be a ‘Win-Win’ for both the customers and Company! You will be passionate, dedicated and have the ability to understand complex problems while providing explanations and solutions which are sound and clearly communicated.

• Support the development of pricing strategies that align with company financial goals, ensuring deals meet required profitability, revenue, and governance standards.
• Perform in-depth pricing and financial analysis using spreadsheets to guide deal structuring, margin considerations, and commercial recommendations for strategic and complex opportunities.
• Provide end-to-end quote to signature support for AEs, including: CPQ quote building, pricing and order form approvals assistance, OF creation, Docusign execution and opportunity closure
• Ensure forward deal momentum while providing excellent customer service to our Sales partners, as well as troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues with deal velocity especially during month and quarter end.
• Establish trusted working relationships with Deal Desk team members, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, GTM Finance, and Sales.
• Help educate, guide, and ensure that the Sales and GTM Operations Team follows the proper internal contracting policies and processes.
• Under supervision of manager or senior team member, collaborate with sales to create non-standard language requests for contracting (order form) in compliance with corporate policies.

• Required:

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus minimum 2 years experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations. If no degree, a minimum of 4 years relevant experience is required.

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets financial modelling and scenario analysis skills
• A diligent, detail oriented skill set, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at one time, while remaining extremely organized.
• Self-starter with a “can do” attitude who is comfortable asking questions
• High-integrity character that aligns with the Company Magic
• Desired:
• Knowledge and/or experience using online sales and/or document management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.
• Exposure to SQL or BI tools is a plus
• Location:
• This role will be a remote position based in Singapore. Approximately 5% travel is anticipated.
