• Create on-the-point, compelling narrative and unique selling points in communication materials including sales pitch deck, paid ads, events, etc
• Spearhead Global Agency's badging and tiering program
• Develop and launch the agency certification globally
• Drive agency's participation and pass rate
• Create customized enablement and resources as a pillar of the agreement with Deal Agency and Company Sponsored Agency

Design and implement agency conferences and tentpole events in 4 regions

• 5+ years experience in business development or business operations in the advertising industry
• Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment
• Interacting and occasionally having unsupervised contact with internal/external clients and/or colleagues;

Appropriately handling and managing confidential information including proprietary and trade secret information and access to information technology systems; and

• The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244889 annually
• Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location
• Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units
