- In this role, you’ll design and maintain the visual appearance and user experience of our eommerce website and other channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey
- Primary Responsibilities Design and enhance the visual appearance and user experience of our eCommerce website
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversions and improve user engagement metrics
- Create, update, and enforce a comprehensive website style guide for brand consistency
- Proactively identify issues and suggest improvements for website functionality and design
- Design graphic assets for social media, email marketing campaigns, and sales support materials
- Provide UX/UI design support for other digital assets managed by the Digital Commerce and Marketing Department
- Conduct user research and implement best practices to optimize customer experiences
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
- Ensure designs are mobile-responsive and optimized for web performance
- Collaborate with developers and team members to ensure design functionality
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital marketing best practices
