What You'll Do:
- Understand customer demand to effectively sell cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology using a solution-oriented approach
- Proactively expand Formlabs product adoption at strategic account
- Ensure an amazing customer experience while assessing up-sell and cross-sell potential, with the goal of increasing product usage and satisfaction
- Execute proven sales plays to show value to the customer and expand overall usage and adoption
- Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
- Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite customer events
- Become a knowledgeable champion of Formlabs technology through hands-on training & experience with our products
- About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field
- 2-3 years full-time work experience
- Naturally curious and passionate about a wide variety of topics, especially technology
- A relationship builder who is customer focused and results-oriented
- Able to work independently but enjoy and thrive in a team environment
- Able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, video & email
- Have the ability to handle rejection, learn, and adapt

We are all owners of Formlabs and direct beneficiaries of our success. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.
This role also has an On-Target Earnings (listed below) which includes a base salary and an uncapped performance-based monthly bonus. The base/bonus split will depend on what level you are hired into, and your level will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience and expected impact on the organization. In addition, this is a salaried role, so you will always be paid your base salary on the assumed 40 hours per week as a full-time employee. However, you are also overtime eligible, meaning you will be compensated at time and a half for any additional hours worked over a 40 hour work week. Overtime must be approved by the manager in advance. The annual pay range for this role is: $114,000 — $114,000 USD
