We’re looking for a top performing Account Executive, EMEA (Central & Eastern Europe) to be responsible for driving the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As one of Company’s first Sales hires in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the UK and Central & Eastern Europe as we expand throughout the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
You will develop a strong outbound sales pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospect to close. Working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless, consultative experience that addresses customer needs and drives long-term value. Your role will be integral in helping to scale Company's impact internationally with a focus on delivering creative solutions and accelerating business growth.
Our cash compensation amount for this role depends on the cost of labor of the geographic area and career levels at Company and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; pension scheme; health benefits; and wellness stipends.
Professional working proficiency in either Polish, Russian, or Czech and, ideally, German
