  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer success and revenue growth by managing, renewing, and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on solutions, and ensure a seamless experience that maximizes value

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on renewals, upsells, and overall account growth
  • Develop and execute quarterly business plans and renewal strategies for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account
  • Perform outbound renewal activities, cold calling, and lead follow-ups to drive retention and growth
  • Leverage internal resources to educate clients on new products, services, and solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Track and forecast account activity using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and metrics
  • Mentor junior account managers and provide guidance on complex client engagements

Conduct regular account reviews with leadership to align on performance, targets, and development opportunities

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills are critical for success
  • 5+ years of account management experience in SaaS, software, or consulting industries
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales quotas and grow existing account bases
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to influence others and provide strategic guidance to clients

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for tracking and forecasting account activity

  • The position provides a fully remote work setup with flexible arrangements and competitive compensation
  • Base salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year, with an OTE of $160,000–$200,000 and uncapped commission potential
