- Research, analyze, and resolve customer deduction issues in partnership with cross‑functional teams
- Review, classify, and accurately allocate trade deductions across customers, categories, and events
- Reconcile trade spend activity to ensure accuracy and alignment
- Investigate unplanned or invalid charges and provide clear, timely communication to sales leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all deduction‑related inquiries
