Обязанности

  • Schedule: 2 days/week; Wednesday and Friday 10am-2pm
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages
  • Delegate maintenance work orders via internal system Write and format letters and general correspondence
  • Ensure all physical files are digitized and accurately matched with electronic files on OneDrive
  • Scan bank statements and forward them to designated contacts
  • Manage incoming emails in Outlook and route appropriately
  • Shred outdated paper files as needed Greet occasional walk-in visitors and assist with money order distribution

Perform other general administrative duties as assigned

Требования

  • The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and tech savvy, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office and general administrative procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and use of office copier/scanner
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
