• This role is responsible for all of the suppliers delivering raw and packaging materials to the Company factories located in the US & Canada
• To ensure the overall governance of suppliers, in line with Company standards and procedures applicable to supplier approval and supplier management
• To ensure that all R&P materials are safe and fit for purpose, protecting Company consumers and brands, and enabling strong, profitable and sustainable growth

To implement continuous improvement processes with suppliers and internal stakeholders for the management of quality and food safety issues related to R&P materials, including but not limited to consumer complaints, material non-conformities, product non-conformities, and allocated to suppliers

• To contribute to productivity initiatives, dual sourcing and BCP projects, without compromising on quality and food safety performance

To develop a high-performing team of internal supplier auditors to implement the supplier management program’ governance, and animate supplier-related programs (continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, productivity, emerging risks assessment, sustainability…)

This role will require travel to suppliers for audits and technical reviews; and to plants to understand adequacy between materials and capabilities

• Proven experience in Supplier Quality scope
• 10-15 years experience
• Strong ownership and demonstration of Company behaviors and values

• Mastery and globally recognized expertise in QFS systems and programs management

• The salary range for this position is $200,000-250,000 USD
• The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions
