• The Opportunity

I run a content strategy business. My content systems have generated over $2.5M in revenue for a single client. I'm building an AI-powered product that automates the delivery of content strategy to coaches, founders, and YouTubers. Think of it as an AI employee that analyzes a client's YouTube channel, applies proven strategy frameworks, and delivers a custom content plan every week, automatically.

I need someone technical to build the automation. You'll take my strategy frameworks and wire them into systems that actually run: pulling data from APIs, feeding it through Claude (Anthropic's AI), generating reports, and delivering them to clients on a schedule.

This is a ground-floor role. You're not maintaining someone else's legacy code or sitting in standups. You're building something from scratch with a founder who has paying clients and a clear vision. If it goes well, the hours and pay grow with the business.

• What You'll Actually Do
• Build automated workflows using n8n, Make.com, or similar tools that run on a schedule and deliver outputs to clients.
• Connect to APIs (YouTube Data API, Google Analytics, social platforms) to pull client data automatically.
• Integrate Claude API calls into workflows so my strategy frameworks get applied to client data and generate custom reports.
• Set up automated email delivery so clients receive their weekly strategy briefing without anyone pressing a button.
• Troubleshoot and improve the system based on client feedback and output quality.
• Eventually help build a client-facing interface as the product scales.

• Must-Haves
• Hands-on experience with APIs (connecting them, authenticating, pulling data, handling responses).
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier at an advanced level, or similar).
• Comfortable working with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar). You've made API calls to an AI model before, not just used ChatGPT.
• Python or JavaScript (enough to write scripts, not necessarily building full apps).
• You've actually built something. Not just watched tutorials. Show me a project, a workflow, an automation, anything that proves you can ship.
• Who You Are

You move fast. When someone describes what they want, your instinct is to go build it and come back with a working version, not spend two weeks planning the architecture. You're comfortable with things being messy at first because you know version 1 just needs to work. You can make it pretty later.

You're excited about AI and automation, not because it's trendy, but because you've seen what these tools can do and you want to build real products with them. You might be early in your career or a few years in, but you've got the hunger of someone who knows this wave is massive and wants to ride it.

• You'd rather work on something that matters than collect a paycheck at a big company. You want to see the thing you build actually generate revenue for real people.

• Bonus Points
• Experience with OpenClaw, Claude Code, or MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Familiarity with YouTube Data API specifically.
• You already tinker with AI tools on your own time because you think this stuff is cool, not because someone told you to.
• Any experience with web app development (React, Next.js, or similar) for when we build the client dashboard.

• Pay: $18-$25/hour depending on experience
• Hours: 10-15 hours/week to start. Grows as the business grows.
• Location: In-person in Lewis Center, OH. You'll work directly with me.
• Schedule: Flexible. Evenings and weekends work. We'll figure out a rhythm that fits.
• Type: 1099 contractor to start. Potential to grow into a larger role.
